清华.挪威BI商学院
这是由清华大学与挪威商学院合作开办的位于北京的校区,不同于大多数传统商学院的教育目标,它主要承担的是具备当代商务理念的创新经济人才的再教育工作,项目选址在一个坡屋顶的建筑中。
结合现有的坡屋顶空间形态,设计师采用了三角形及折面为主要设计元素,以看似不规则,但有着本质内在联系的空间形态及图案,去表达创新与传统之间的内在关联。
在色彩材料的选取上,本项目采用了以黑白灰搭配木质为主的北欧风格。采用三角形折面组合而成的金属丝网为天花,跟随原有坡屋顶形态,贯穿整个公共空间,营造出冷峻、坚实的空间基调。地毯采用了三角形与方形图案的随机组合,看似纷乱,又似乎隐藏着规律,力求让人若有所感。
休闲交流空间里采用不同风格、色彩材料的家具混搭使用,并点缀错落有致的现代中式吊灯,既活跃了空间气氛,也能适应各种不同需求的休闲交流氛围。利用原有高空间设计的夹层工作区,用明亮的黄色圆环形灯具贯穿内外,营造一个专属于老师们的活跃空间。
教室内部设计为简洁的坡屋顶空间,结合原有的采光天窗,补充了一些人工天井照明造型。教室内柱子的小倒角处理,既能避免不必要的碰撞损坏,也柔化了教室的空间形态。
Tsinghua University and Norwegian Business School cooperated to establish a project in Beijing. The objective is different from the traditional business school and it is mainly for reeducation work for the innovative economic talents with modern business concepts. The project is located in a building with pitched roof.
Combined with the existing pitched roof space, triangles and folding interface are adopted to establish inner connections between spaces and shapes to express the interior relations between innovation and tradition.
For colors and material selections, northern European style in black, white and grey and wood materials are adopted. Metallic wire mash in triangle folding interfaces is used for ceiling together with the original pitched roof. The general space is created with cool and solid tone. The carpet is in the random combination of triangles and squares pictures which ignite infinite imaginations.
The leisure communication zone is mixed by different materials with varying styles and colors. It is decorated with Chinese chandelier for lively atmosphere for smooth communication. The interlayer is created based on high space and yellow round lights are used to create a vivid space for teachers.
The classroom is designed as simple pitched roof space. It is combined with original skylight and lightings for some artificial skylight are added. The pillars in the classroom are designed by small chamfering treatments to avoid collision damages and it also softens the space.
