由李怡明先生与徐瑛女士、吕翔先生于2005年共同创立的清石建筑设计事务所（QUCESS DESIGN FIRM），是一家致力于产业园规划与咨询、建筑室内一体化改造、办公及公寓空间设计、酒店会所等高端空间设计、软装设计服务的百人设计机构。清石设计首次提出让设计创造价值。自创立至今，委托清石设计提供优质空间设计服务的客户超过100家，其中包括中关村科技园区、百度、万科等顶尖企业的设计服务商。2023年决定对公司各设计板块进行调整，在各合伙人的引领下，重组为三个新的业务方向：办公空间设计专项、企业展陈专项、室内外形象功能提升专项。9月，专项办公空间设计品牌 EcoWork 正式成立。

Founded in 2005 by Mr. Li Yiming, Ms. Xu Ying and Mr. Lv Xiang, QUCESS DESIGN FIRM is dedicated to industrial park planning and consulting, architectural interior integration, office and apartment space design. 100-person design agency for high-end space design and soft-pack design services such as hotel clubs. For the first time, Qingshi Design proposed making design create value. Since its inception, the company has commissioned more than 100 customers to provide quality space design services, including Zhongguancun Science Park, Baidu, Vanke and other top design services providers. In 2023, it was decided to adjust each design section of the company, and under the guidance of the partners, it was reorganized into three new business directions: office space design, enterprise exhibition, and indoor and outdoor image function enhancement. In September, EcoWork, a special office space design brand, was officially established.

The first location for Qingshi Design has its unique reasons in Beijing, China. As the capital city with the most cultural heritage in China, Beijing also has the advantage of concentration of resources such as the political center. Just like the design of Qingshi, it is the designers who come from various cultural backgrounds. It is the uniqueness of the design team that enhances our design philosophy: to create new value with different values. At the same time, Qingshi Design has won numerous awards in authoritative design awards around the world. Including the British FX (International Interior Design Awards), the German National Design Award (German Design Award), the Italian A DESIGN Award, the German iconic awards (German iconic awards), etc., but also won the Asia Pacific Interior Design Award, China Architecture Design awards, China Interior Design Awards, CIID Society Awards, Golden Bund Awards, Golden Hall Awards, Cotton Tree Supreme Awards and many other top domestic awards.

清石设计创始人李怡明先生提出;让设计创造新价值源自中关村科技园区项目的设计过程。我们发现设计的价值不应局限于设计本身，更应关注委托方借助空间所达到更广泛的商业价值。所以清石设计在设计之初都会与客户一同交流项目的最终价值与设计所能达到的最大价值，凭借丰富的设计经验和方法为业主节约项目周期，缩减项目成本以及让项目商业价值最大化。十几年来，让设计创造新价值成为清石人一直秉承与贯彻的设计价值观。

Mr. Li Yiming, founder of Qingshi Design, proposed that making design create value or iginated from the design process of the Zhongguancun Science Park project. We find that the value of design should not be limited to the design itself, but should also focus on the broader business value that the client uses to achieve space. Therefore, at the beginning of the design, Qingshi Design will communicate with the customer the final value of the project and the maximum value that the design can achieve. With rich design experience and methods, the project owner can save the project cycle, reduce the project cost and maximize the commercial value of the project. For more than a decade, making design and creating value has become the design value that Qingshi people have been adhering to and implementing.
